To assess Tennis knowledge and playing ability within the 4 playing factors: 

  • Technical - how to perform and execute a stroke.
  • Physical - Movement and Footwork patterns, movement literacy, endurance, how the body copes and performs under sustained exercise and pressure.
  • Mental - Speed of decision making, dealing with stressful situations, problem solve, rituals and overall mental ability.
  • Tactical - Shot selection, appropriate technique for tactic, appropriate tactic for situation, patterns of play.
