NET 360 CIC – Terms & Conditions

1. Payments

  • BACS/Online Transfers: Payment must be recieved before the start of the programme.
  • Please include a clear payment reference with your initials and course reference.
  • Example: JCCM1T225 - Enrolees initials=JCC, M=Monday & 1=session of the day, T2=Term, 25=Year,

Key for days: M=Monday, T=Tuesday, W=Wednesday, TH=Thursday, F=Friday, S=Saturday & SU=Sunday

The course reference will be visible on all course descriptions.

 Pay & Play Sessions:

  •  Must be paid in advance before the start of the session.

 Payment Options: Our programmes can be paid termly, monthly, or Pay & Play. The payment options will be stipulated on enrolment.

 2. Booking Information

  • All group sessions and individual lessons must be booked and paid in advance.
  • Bookings are non-transferable — if you cannot attend, the booking cannot be transferred to another player.
  • Discounts are available to BPLTC tennis members only. 
  • Indoor sessions are block booking only.
  • Sibling discounts apply only to children from the same immediate family and registered under the same parent/guardian account. Children registered under another family’s account are not eligible for sibling discounts.

 

3. Enrolling Mid-Block -You are welcome to join a course after it has started. Fees are calculated pro-rata, but payment must be made before attending your first session.

  • If you attend a session before paying, the pro-rata calculation will no longer be accurate, and additional administration fees may apply due to the extra time required to amend your booking.

 4. Childcare Vouchers & Government Tax-Free Childcare

  • NET 360 CIC is officially Ofsted Registered (Registration No. 2694494).
  • We accept childcare vouchers from: Computershare, Fideliti, Edenred, Sodexo, Care4, and Kiddivouchers.
  • Vouchers can be used for group coaching sessions, individual lessons, and holiday camps.
  • Payments via vouchers or gift vouchers must be submitted before the session start date, and an email confirmation sent to us.

Payment References for Vouchers if you are unable to change childcare voucher providers reference.

  • Parents must include a clear payment reference so that the payment can be applied correctly.

Example: Voucher provider reference+M1T225

  • Enrolees Initials = LTC (this is not needed if the childs initials are already included in the voucher providers reference)
  • Day = M
  • Session = 1 (the session of the day)
  • Term = 2
  • Year = 25

5. Important Notice– No Refunds or Credits

Unfortunately, there are no refunds or credits for participants who pay using childcare vouchers or Government Tax-Free Childcare due to the administration required.

6. Contingency Plan – Outdoor Programmes Only

For all outdoor programmes, participants will automatically receive one free week every block to cover weather-related cancellations.
For example, in a 7-week block, families will only pay for 6 weeks.

This system runs for five blocks per year, meaning each participant receives five free sessions annually, which act as built-in make-up sessions.

7. The free members’ club block from April to May will continue to be delivered through Beverley Park LTC as usual - Enrol on club website
