Assessment Process

Each player will receive feedback with an end of term report (Autumn, Spring & Summer), reflecting on their behaviour, commitment and progress towards achieving their process and outcome goals.

The selection process for acceptance onto the academy programme will be reviewed on a termly basis, evaluating which players will be accepted onto the programme and carefully selecting the appropriate squads for each player. The decision-making process will be made by Cameron Malik and the Tennis Managers of Warwick Boat Club and David Lloyd Coventry. Players will be prioritised based on their behaviour, commitment, performance and aspirations. Not all criteria weigh the same when making decisions and considerations relating to limiting factors will be taken into account. Players and parents must respect all decisions made and for the avoidance of doubt, there will be no appeals process.
