Walking Tennis offers a great opportunity to learn tennis skills, build physical fitness and meet new people. Walking Tennis is played on a full-size tennis court but with a few simple changes to the rules enables the game of tennis to be much more accessible. Walking Tennis allows the option of a second bounce. The second bounce must land within the designated court markings for the format you are playing (so singles lines for singles and doubles lines for doubles). When playing Walking Tennis BOTH feet are not allowed to leave the ground at the same time, so no running or jumping permitted.
