PROGRAMME DATES - The coaching programme runs all year round for 11 months (The month of August coaching is not on). Also, it will stop for Christmas (2 weeks) and Easter (2 week)

COSTS - £23.99 club members / £27.99 non club members. 1 lesson/week.

We recommend playing at least twice a week get a faster game improvement. Speak to your coach as 2 lessons/week packages will be uploaded soon.

PAYMENTS – The groups are payable monthly. Payment will be taken on the first of the month. 

CANCELLATIONS - To cancel you must email run cancellation request to carlosfuentescoach@gmail.com and we will process the cancellation. We kindly ask that you give us 1 full monthly payment notice. Therefore, you need to cancel before the 1st of a month, to stop payment for the following 1st of a month. This allows us to offer your place to other members.

GO-CARDLESS - When you join online you will be taken to a highly regulated financial collection company called GoCardless. We do not have access to your bank details as they will be held securely by GoCardless.

REFUNDS - We do not offer refunds. This is because all players will have the option to access other sessions to catch-up.

INJURY - If you are unable to attend sessions due to injury you can freeze your payment from the next payment due. Your space can be held, and payment re-started when you are ready to return.

JOINING MID-MONTH - If you join the programme in the middle of a month your payment will be set-up starting the following month. We will then request a part-payment for that month.

BAD WEATHER – Most of the time weather in unpredictable and very difficult to determinate whether a lesson will go ahead in advance. The coaches will decide in the first 15 mins of the session and will let you know if the lesson needs to be cancelled. In case of light rain, the lesson will continue as normal.

In case the lessons is cancelled due to heavy rain you can make it on a different day, so you don’t lose it. You just have to contact the Head Tennis Coach, Carlos Fuentes to rearrange your session (subjected to availability).

ILLNESS, PERSONAL COMITMENTS, HOLIDAYS, ETC- If you miss a lesson you can ask to reschedule you session for a different day, just contact the Head Tennis Coach, Carlos Fuentes to rearrange your session (subjected to availability).
