All CWTC members may make bookings for courts free of charge but the ball machine cost £2 for 30 mins. The booking sheets below show when courts are reserved for social sessions and coaching. Make sure you are logged in to your account when booking.
Pay & Play for non-members is possible at restricted times through the week - please see available times below and the relevant cost which is payable on booking. Court 1 has the most availability. You will receive confirmation by email. Non-members cannot book the ball machine. Contact 07763 53 53 22 or 07816 091 424 in case of any issues.
How to book:
Please select court 1, 2 or 3 and a day and time when you would like to start play, click again on the time to extend the booking (a dropdown menu wil appear) and follow the prompts. To book the ball machine please book BOTH a court and the ball machine for the same 30 mins or 1 hour - you will be asked to pay for the ball machine booking. This will use two of your booking allowances - please be in touch with Vibi if this is a problem.
Courts and the ball machine are bookable between 6.30am and 10pm each day. Booking opens every morning at 8am for everyone but other rules differ according to your membership:
Full Adult members, Young Adults and Honorary members: You can make up to three bookings, each from 30 mins to 2 hours during any 2 week period. Booking opens 13 days in advance at 8am.
Playing Parents can make up to three bookings, each of max 1 hour during any two week period- and can book max 1 day in advance from 8am.
Non-members/Pay&Play: you can make 2 court bookings a week of 1-2 hours and can book 3 days in advance. Refunds are possible up until 1 hour before the start time.
Court booking is a free service for members - but please delete your booking if your plans change and you no longer need the court.
All members are of course welcome to go and play at any time courts are free - but bookings take priority at all times. The Club reserves the right to amend the booking rules without notice.
