WINTER SEASON 2021-22 REVIEW
Cerney Lakes TC had a fairly successful winter season with particularly good results in the Gloucestershire Senior League.
Our Mens seniors finished 3rd in the league as did our Mxd team....both achieved a really good placing. We are a small club and we' were pushed into 3rd place only by East Glos. East Glos has over 1000 members compared to our 100 so we did really well to get the 3rd spot in both competitions.
Our Womens Senior A team topped their division and earned promotion to Divison 1.....well done to all the squad players.
We fielded 2 teams in the Winter Mxd league and the Sunday League and although we did not place in these divisions we did turn out a full team to every fixture and played some great tennis.
SUMMER 2022
The Gloucestershire Doubles Summer League has just started in April.
We have 3 Womens teams in Division 1A and Divisions 3 A nd B.
We have 2 Mens teams in Division 2 and 6.
We owe great thanks to all our competitive players who continue to represent our club with such enthusiasm and loyalty.
