How It Works
- Choose your lesson type – Private, Semi-Private, or Private Group.
- Book your court – Players are responsible for court bookings.
- Pay upfront – Payment due at the time of booking.
- Train with your coach – 100% tailored to your needs.
Our Coaching Standards
- Only Level 2 and above coaches deliver private lessons.
- All coaches follow the 10is Academy coaching philosophy: Fun is essential. Progress, not pressure.
Cancellation Policy
- 48+ hours’ notice – Reschedule without charge.
- Within 48 hours – 50% of the lesson fee applies.
- Within 24 hours – Full fee applies.
- Weather cancellations – Coach will confirm whether to proceed or reschedule.
