Introduction

Our Tennis Club is set within large, pleasant grounds in the heart of Chipstead Village in Surrey. The Club offers an active tennis and social calendar all year round for both adults and juniors. There are five all weather courts (macadom) three of which have floodlighting. There is a practice wall which is used by both adults and juniors. Our Clubhouse which is small still has everything you need such as changing rooms, toilets including disabled, kitchen area, TV and table tennis.
The Club has been awarded CLUBMARK by the LTA, which demonstrates that we run the Club in a professional and responsible manner e.g. tennis development programme for all ages, health and safety, child protection, qualified and licensed coaches, financial management, proper planning of court maintenance/replacement etc.

The Club organises internal competitions (singles, doubles & mixed doubles for men & ladies in open, over 45 & over 60 age groups) and mixed tournaments (5 or 6 one day handicapped doubles tournaments) with BBQ and drinks as well as running summer and winter Surrey league matches. Throughout the year there are mixed club sessions as well as junior club nights and coaching sessions. The Club fields three men’s teams and two women’s team at mixed levels.
The competitions and tournaments are always a great success and a lot of fun.
The club coach runs group sessions for adults and juniors and is also available for individual lessons.
We are a friendly club and welcome all prospective members of all standards.
