Terms of Use
Christchurch Gardens (Beauchamp Square) - Tennis and Basketball Courts: Court Booking Rules and Terms of Use;
- All court users are required to register with ClubSpark and use the online booking system to book a court before playing. Court users unable to book online should ring 01926 456207 and a booking can be made over the phone.
- Your ClubSpark login details must not be shared with third parties
- Only tennis may be played on courts 1 – 3. Football or any other activity is forbidden.
- Only basketball may be played on court 4. Football or any other activity is forbidden.
- You may book a session of a maximum of one hour, up to seven times per week. Bookings can be made up to 7 days in advance, 14 days for Annual Pass holders.
- The use of software that automates booking is forbidden.
- Courts not required must be cancelled. Cancellations can be done online or via the ClubSpark booker app.
- Please ensure the court gate is properly closed when leaving the court.
- Suitable clothing must be worn at all times. Only appropriate court shoes should be worn. Shoes should be clean of mud and have no spikes or studs.
- If, for any reason, two people think they have booked the same court please phone 01926 456207. The person whose name is on the ClubSpark booking calendar will be the person allowed to play.
- Players should comply with the principles of respect and fair play, both on and off the courts.
- Smoking is not allowed on the courts.
- You must conduct yourself so that others are not offended by your behaviour, language or other activities.
- The Council’s staff have the right to ask any person misusing the courts, or behaving antisocially, to leave. The Council’s staff and contractors have the right to work without abuse and court users must comply with all instructions.
- The Council reserves the right to pre-book the courts for tennis and basketball activities, coaching and maintenance.
- The Council reserves the right to alter the rules, in the interest of the community use of these courts at any time. Contact:-
