What a fantastic week we have just had attending Hunstanton Lawn Tennis Tournament. Around 36 members from the club took part in what is dubbed the Glastonbury of the tennis world! Hunstanton has 10 impeccable grass courts which are there permanently. For the tournament it makes an additional 28 courts on the cricket pitch to ensure they get through all the matches needed.

We had 2 sets of winners from the club.

George Green and Alex Parker won the mens restricted A doubles (WTN between 19-25) after a 6-0,7-6(1) win over Adam Dixon-Smith and James Keyes in the final. This was George & Alex's first time playing Hunstanton and they walked away champions! 

Wayne Humphreys and Lisa Mcdonough won the junior veterans mixed doubles after a 6-1, 6-2 win against Joss Vincent and Eleanor Dyson. They only dropped 15 games all together in all 4 matches played.

We had a great week and we are already planning next year!
