Claverley Tennis Club was established in the Summer of 1924. The land was given in Trust to the Village by a Villager for the physical benefit of the Village people. That trust is the heart of our warm and friendly Club.
The ‘chocolate box’ village of Claverley nestles between rural Shropshire and the industrial Black Country embracing the diversity that, that brings.
We have two recently upgraded courts with the latest astroturf together with top of the range Phillips LED lighting, which is included with membership. We are undoubtedly one of the best Clubs to play in Shropshire.
Our tennis club has lots to offer including:
- A coaching programme to suit all ages and standards
- Shropshire League Tennis
- Club Nights & Social Play (with Free Floodlights)
- Member Events
