Claverley Tennis Club was established in the Summer of 1924 we have celebrated our centenary and are still going strong. Our courts are in the heart of the village, on land given by a villager in trust to Claverley for the physical benefit of its inhabitants. That trust is the foundation of our warm and friendly Club.
The ‘chocolate box’ village of Claverley nestles between rural Shropshire and the industrial Black Country, bringing a diversity that the Club embraces.
We have two recently upgraded courts with the latest astroturf together with top of the range Philips LED lighting, which is included with membership. We are undoubtedly one of the best Clubs to enjoy in Shropshire.
Our tennis club has lots to offer including:
