Health & Safety

Please report any safety incidents or accidents in the Accident book kept in the First Aid drawer in the kitchen. You can also use the Accident Report Form

Since Covid legal restrictions have been removed. It is no longer be necessary to sign in for track and trace, either for club social sessions, or using the clubhouse. However, bearing in mind the continuing high level of Covid cases, we believe it is sensible to continue to take precautions, especially inside the clubhouse, where airborne transmission is most likely.

  • Maximise ventilation inside the clubhouse – keep doors and windows open when possible. (But close them when you lock up!)
  • Give people space: some members will still be vulnerable
  • Wipe surfaces after use
  • Sanitise your hands before and after play
  • Do not come to the club if you feel unwell

We will continue with clubhouse cleans  every week. Please help to keep it clean and tidy:

  • Wash, dry, and put away any cutlery, crockery or glasses that you use
  • Put empty ball tubes and lids straight in the appropriate recycling bin

Thanks for your co-operation!
