From Monday 11th July the Coalville Park Tennis Courts will be using a new booking system in partnership with the LTA. This means during busy periods you can guarantee and book your court in advance. To begin with only one court will be using the booking system with the other one remaining a rock up and play. Visit the book a court page to confirm your slot on court!
Welcome to Coalville Park Tennis Courts, proving accessible public tennis facilities.
Coalville Park is managed and maintained by the council's Grounds Maintenance Service Team and has Green Flag Award status.
The Park offers a variety of facilities including tennis, skatepark, multi use games area, play area and formal garden areas if you are looking for a place to spend time and relax.
The tennis courts provide the perfect environment to enjoy playing tennis with friends or family, offering two tarmac courts. Tennis is a fantastic activity to help both physical and mental wellbeing.
Through North West Leicestershire's partnership with the LTA we have implemented a simple online court booking system, allowing players to secure their court time for recreational play.
The tennis courts are free for all members of the community to use and access safely. However to help manage the use and fair access for everyone who wishes to play we have introduced a simple and free booking process to allow you to reserve and book a court. To begin with only one court is available to book in advance and we encourage residents to do so.
Please ensure you read and follow the simple steps below so you and others can safely play tennis on the public tennis courts.
How to book the court for free:
Step 1: Log in or create a ClubSpark account to register
Step 2: Click on the "Book a Court” page above
Step 3: Select a playing time and click to book.
Step 4: Receive your confirmation email to confirm your booking time
* Please note this system has been created to help manage the use of the public tennis courts. Please only use the courts for the period you have booked and respect the self-policing nature of reserving court time. You may be asked to provide proof of your court booking.
