We have two coaches working with the club who offer a range of private and group lessons.

Denise Gwatkin is a Level 3 performance coach who has been coaching at the club for 25 years and has played both for her local club and at county level. She offers group lessons on Mondays and Fridays to players of varying standards. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly and everyone is made to feel welcome. Ben Cullen is a highly experienced LTA Level 4 coach with over 20 years in the game.  He has gained coaching qualifications at top academies in France, Spain and the USA, bringing an international perspective to player development.

Throughout his career, Ben has led major school and club programmes, including ACS, and has coached at a high level across both the school and performance circuit.  He has worked extensively with top county and international junior players, supporting their technical, tactical and mental development.

Ben currently runs the junior coaching programme at the club and offers private lessons to players of all ages and levels.  His coaching style is energetic, focused and purpose-driven, aimed at helping each player unlock their full potential.
