To renew your membership, please complete the renewal form in Word here  or PDF here and return it to me at casltc.members@gmail.com.    If it is easier for you, I would also be happy to receive a simple email instead, if you give all the information requested in the form, i.e. names, status (senior, junior/student, social), and confirmation of the amount, date and reference of your internet payment.

In 2018 (or on subsequent joining) you provided active consent for us to hold your data. Please remind yourself of our data protection policy here and let me know if there have been any changes in your contact details since last year, or if you wish to withdraw consent for us to share your contact details with other members for club purposes or for us to store your contact details on our secure website.

Your membership will be deemed to have lapsed if payment is not received by 30 April 2024 and you will not be able to book a court on-line after that date. Subject to the discretion of the committee, you may also have to pay the joining fee to re-activate your membership.

When paying for your annual subscription, you must pay for any visitors’ fees that have accrued in the last year.  Please indicate this amount on your form.  As a reminder, visitors must be signed-in on the notice board or details emailed to the membership secretary and each visitor is limited to 3 visits per year.  The fee is £2 per day for an adult and £1 per day for a junior.

The subscription rates for renewing members are as follows:

ADULTS: £95.00 (£90.00 before 1 April 2024)
JUNIORS/UNDER 25s: £35.00 (£33.00 before 1 April 2024) **
FAMILY MEMBERSHIP: £250.00 (£230.00 before 1 April 2024) ***
VISITORS: £2.00 per day (£1.00 Juniors)
NON-PLAYING: £10.00
NON-PLAYING FAMILY MEMBERSHIP: £20.00

** Junior/Student rates are now applicable to all those under 25 years old on 1 January 2024 and Senior Members who claim income support. Juniors are under 18.
*** Family membership is available where there are two senior players and all other family members qualify as Junior/under 25 members.
