Walking Tennis is for anyone that wants to play tennis, but at their own pace. No running or jumping and you can let the ball bounce twice. Less speed but just as much fun! Ideal for anybody looking to build their confidence, returning from injury, or would just like a bit more time getting to the ball.
Walking Tennis is a more accessible version of tennis where we use softer compression balls and allow 2 bounces that must land inside in the court. Great for people looking to get out and get some exercise. A perfect session for anyone who is coming back from injury or who struggle's to play normal tennis for extended periods of time. This is a pay as you go class so you can come to the sessions that you are available for without having to commit to a course.
