Mae gan bob oedolyn yr hawl i gael eu trin gydag urddas, bod eu dewisiadau’n cael eu parchu a byw bywyd heb ofn. Yn aml y bobl sy’n cael eu cam-drin yw’r lleiaf tebygol o ddweud wrth rywun am eu sefyllfa.
