GENERAL T&C'S

1. Coaches

All our coaches are either qualified coaches LTA licensed or PTR registered coaches with a First Aid qualification and are DBS checked. All coach assistants work under the supervision of a qualified coach.

2. Bookings and Payment

To ensure we can maintain appropriate coaching/child ratios, places are limited and are accepted on a first come first served basis. If a requested session is full we will add your details to a reserve list and contact you if a place becomes available.

Please note your place is not guaranteed until payment has been received.

3. Medical details

All attendees at Coolhurst LTC are required to provide emergency name and contact details as well as information on medical/behavioural conditions that the coaches should be aware of.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

We do not give refunds but will apply a credit for cancellations received up to 5 days prior to the first day of your booking. Exceptionally refunds may be given for injury or illness where a doctor’s certificate is provided. Coolhurst LTC reserves the right to cancel sessions due to insufficient numbers. 72 hours notice will be given for such cancellations.

5. Wet Weather Policy

Sessions may be cancelled due to bad weather,  we will do our best to inform you in much notice as possible, as a guideline we operate from the metoffice weather forecast and may look at cancelling when rain prediciton is 95% . The sessions will continue in light rain, so players must be dressed appropriately. In the event of heavy rain, alternative activities will be organised in the clubhouse.

6. Consents

By signing your child onto one of our sessions, your are giving consent to Coolhurst LTC to contact you about future courses /events and photograph or film your child during camp activities for club archive or promotional use.

If you do not agree to this please inform the Club Administrator .

7. Appropriate sportswear

If a child does not turn up in appropriate sportswear, the lead coach has the right to stop the child from taking part in activities that may cause harm to themselves, others or the facility.

8. Misplacement or theft of belongs

Coolhurst LTC is not liable for any misplacement or theft of belongings whilst within or outside the facility.

9. Emergency procedures

In case of emergency Coolhurst LTC reserve the rights to perform any necessary First Aid. Coolhurst LTC is not liable for any injuries incurred due to First Aid being administered.

10. Behaviour/collection procedure

We expect all children attending sessions to behave in an appropriate manner. In the event of continued disruptive behaviour we will speak to parents/carers to try and address this problem. If bad behaviour continues we reserve the right to exclude your child from the coaching sessions.

Children should not be left at the Club unsupervised and must be collected by a parent or guardian from the Club at the end of each session.

If parents/carers have notified the Club that a child 12 years or above can leave our club premises unsupervised, cannot take responsibility for your child after they have left our premises.
