As part of Craighelen's communications strategy with its members and prospective members, all the policies and procedures by which the club is governed are readily available for viewing on this website. The Codes of Conduct Policy and the Safeguarding Policy Statement are also displayed on the club's noticeboard in the clubhouse.

Any questions or queries should be addressed to the chairman at the club address.

Craighelen Lawn Tennis and Squash Club is a Company Limited by Guarantee, as well as being a Community Amateur Sports Club. The governance of the club is set out in these two documents:
