To report street or public space issues, head to www.crawley.gov.uk and click ‘Report a Problem’ on the homepage. These forms will help you to provide us with all the information we need to process you request.

If you do not have access to the internet, you can report issues to our contact centre. The contact centre is open Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5pm on 01293 438000

If you have a problem with anti-social behaviour outside office hours, call Sussex Police on 101 or 999 in case of emergency.
