Criccieth Tennis Club – Feedback Policy

At Criccieth Tennis Club, we are committed to providing a welcoming, safe, and enjoyable environment for everyone. To help us maintain and improve our facilities, activities, and programmes, we actively welcome feedback and ideas from all members and visitors.

We are always looking for ways to develop and expand our programme to ensure it meets the needs of players of all ages and abilities, whether that’s coaching, competitive play (both internal and external), or social tennis opportunities.

How You Can Share Feedback

We encourage constructive feedback at any time. You can share your thoughts or suggestions in the following ways:

  • Ideas Box: An Ideas Box is available at the clubhouse. This is checked and reviewed at every committee meeting. Please drop your comments, suggestions or ideas in the box at any time.

  • Committee Members: Speak directly to the Chairman or any member of the committee — you can find committee contact details on our website.

  • Email: Send your feedback or suggestions to tenniscriccieth@gmail.com

  • Annual General Meeting (AGM): Members are encouraged to share their feedback and ideas at the AGM, where future plans and improvements are discussed.

What Happens With Your Feedback?

All feedback is welcomed and considered by the committee. The Ideas Box is emptied and reviewed at each committee meeting and suggestions are discussed as part of our commitment to ongoing improvement.

Where appropriate, we will respond to feedback directly or update members on any resulting actions or changes through club communications.

Thank you for helping us make Criccieth Tennis Club the best it can be  - your input makes a real difference.
