Walking Tennis is a fantastic way to enjoy the social side of being part of a tennis community while keeping your body and mind active. It's safe, fun, and inclusive! Whether you're a lifelong tennis player, a complete beginner, or just need a bit more time to get into the swing of things, you can give the game a go in a supportive setting.

Join us every week for our dedicated Walking Tennis session:
- Day: Every Thursday
- Time: 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM (90 minutes)
Who Can Play?
Walking Tennis is designed to be accessible for all skill levels and physical abilities. It is ideal for those who:
- Are just starting out and want to build confidence.
- Are returning to sport after an injury.
- Just need a bit more time getting to the ball.
- Want a lower-impact way to enjoy the game!
π Key Rules (The Gentle Game)
It's still tennis, but with a few simple adjustments to ensure everyone can participate safely:
- No Running or Jumping: Players must maintain a walking pace.
- Two Bounces Allowed: You can let the ball bounce twice for extra time to react and position yourself.
- We use smaller courts and modified equipment to make the game easier to manage.
