Ladies

Winter 2018/2019

Well done to Cutnall Green C who came second in their Division and  will be promoted to  Division 8 East next season.

The Ladies A team after suffering players out with injury will be relegated to Division 3 and the B team finished 3rd in their Division .

Winter 2017/2018

As - The Green's standard bearers were promoted to division 2 last year and have had a tricky fixture list to start the season. They've had to play the top 2 teams in the division so far, leading to 2 8-2 defeats. However, they've picked up rubbers along the way and with the teams around them still to play are in a great position to consolidate their place in the second tier for next year.

Bs - 2 games in and the B team have only played Stourbridge! A resounding 8-2 defeat of their E team kicked the season off in great style but Stourbridge's Ds got some revenge on the Green with a 10-0 home win in week 2. A great effort nonetheless from the ladies against arguably the favourites for the title - they've not dropped a rubber in their opening 3 matches, losing just 2 sets. It all means that the Bs sit comfortably in 4th place in division 5 with plenty of tennis still to come.

Cs - Matches have been tight..very tight for the Cs. The ladies began with a tough tie against David Lloyd Worcester C, cruelly losing out by 5 games in a losing draw. This against a team that sit top of the table and have breezed past both Bewdley C and Belbroughton since. Ever the troopers and not to let their heads drop, the Green came back strongly against Droitwich E, picking up a winning draw by a, scarcely-believable, single game. What an effort! Currently sitting 6th in division 9, they're just a handful of points from 3rd place having played 2 matches less than most teams above them.

Summer 2017

We have two Ladies Teams in the H&W league. Congratulations to the Ladies A team who won Division 3 and will be promoted to Division 2 next summer.

Winter 2016/2017
