Out In Front Tennis Coaching
Out in Front tennis coaching is ran by Dek Buist, a Level 3 LTA coach with Accreditation +, Safegaurding, DBS and First Aid Qualifications.
There are lots of opportunities available for all ages and all standard of players. If you have only just started playing or if you are already an advanced player, then you will receive all the coaching help and advice to help you get better.
With a strong focus on technique, you will receive a robust coaching experience with all aspects of your game being assessed and a plan put in place to increase your ability, no matter what standard you are.
Dek believes that tennis is one of the best sports, and certainly one of the most technical ones. With a wide range of experience and excellent qualifications, which are up to date and current, the results from a coaching programme delivered by Dek will be not only rewarding for you but also very enjoyable.
Sessions available are:
Juniors Coaching (Red, Orange, Green stages), all via either one to ones or group coaching. Sessions are running on a Sunday starting at 9am. Full details within the Out in Front (DB Tennis) Clubspark page.
Adult coaching via either one to ones or group coaching. Sessions are running every evening throughout the week and during the day at weekends. Full details within the Out in Front (DB Tennis) Clubspark page.
Doubles Tactical Coaching available on request, please get in contact if you wish to book. (minimum of 3 players required).
Rusty Rackets via either one to one or groups. Sessions are running on a Wednesday afternoon. Full details within the Out in Front (DB Tennis) Clubspark page.
Cardio Tennis. (Fitness class on the tennis court - no tennis ability required ). Session is running on a Wednesday evening starting at 6pm and lasts for one hour. Full details within the Out in Front (DB Tennis) Clubspark page.
Out in Front Tennis Coaching in based at St Austell tennis club. The club is an inclusive and very friendly club with memberships available.
