DAN JOHN - HEAD COACH

LTA Level 4 senior tennis coach

Qualifications and experience with the Global Professional Tennis Coach Association (GPTCA) International Level C qualification making me ATP certified. British Tennis Coach Association (BTCA) Level 4 qualified. International Tennis Federation (ITF) qualifications in fundamental movements and psychology of tennis. RPT Marks of a Pro Instructor One Spanish qualified. 

I have coached all range of children and adults from recreational beginner level to county / regional competition level. I have experienced coaching at Lichfield Friary Lawn Tennis Club / Mannydown Performance Tennis Centre / David Lloyd Birmingham / Soto Tennis Academy in Spain. 

I believe in a philosophy based around the four pillars of physical, technical, tactical and mental while building a 360-degree tennis player who is well rounded with all types of coordination and skills. 

RICH PARTRIDGE - Performance Coach

LTA Level 3 accredited coach 

Rich has 9 years' coaching experience at various clubs. I have worked at many tennis environments such as a professional coach at David Lloyd Coventry, development coach for Warwickshire county tennis, and a performance coach at Edgbaston Archery Lawn Tennis Club. I have worked and studied under many national tennis coaches at a performance and development level , working with ATP and WTA players from the UK including national champions. My understanding of the game comes from personal experiences being a full time player and competing all over the world including ITF futures events and British tours along with other national events.

As a player Rich is still competing to a very high level nationally with a career high ranking inside the top 60 in Britain. Rich is also the current Warwickshire Men’s County Champion and has won that title on 7 occasions!! His other party trick is his 135mph serve!!

MICKEY COLES - Community Coach 

LTA Level 3 accredited coach

Mickey has played for and captained Four Oaks 1st team and competed to a high junior level while learning the trade of tennis coaching. A specialist in introducing new tennis players to the game and having fun while teaching the basic fundamentals. Suitable for junior or adult tennis players of all levels. 

While Mickey was a junior his highlight match was losing to Sir Andy Murray in a three-set match in a junior ITF event.
