Junior Coaching

Red Ball:

Red ball tennis is a beginner-friendly stage of tennis for children aged 8 and under. It uses specially designed equipment and a smaller court, allowing young players to develop fundamental skills in a way that's appropriate for their size and abilities.

Orange Ball:

Orange ball tennis is typically for players aged 8 and 9. It is the second stage of junior tennis, following the red ball stage, and helps players develop their skills and understanding of the game on a slightly larger court.

Green Ball:

Green balls are used for 10 and under players. They are still decompressed like the red and orange but to a lesser extent. The children play on a full sized tennis court at this stage.

Yellow Ball:

Yellow ball tennis is the level of tennis where players aged 11 and over transition to using full-sized courts and standard yellow tennis balls. It's the final stage of development in mini tennis, building upon the skills learned in the red, orange, and green ball stages.
