Our President, Mr John Harrison, would like to thank all those members who attended the President's Tournament this year. 32 players took part in the tournament run brilliantly, as always, by Dave Farr, assisted by David Sykes. Thanks go to Sid Beales too for running the bar.

The winners, who received vouchers kindly donated by Jim Hall Sports and a bottle of wine each, were Aiden McWilliams and Sue Beales. The runners up, who also received a prize, were Sheila Wright and Steve Hough. Congratulations to them and a thank you to all who played.

A further 14 members and guests came down to support our President and to enjoy the afternoon tea and strawberries.

The President would also like to thank the club for the lovely bouquet of flowers presented to Joan, his lady wife.
