COVID-19 update PLEASE READ

Dear Members,

As part of our continued commitment to ensure your safety at Dellcott Family Tennis Club we have made some changes to the ways in which you may use the club and facilities during the coronavirus pandemic.  Please read this email with the latest update.

From the 1st October we will be displaying NHS COVID-19 Test and Trace QR codes at the club to help us maintain a list of people using the facilities. The QR codes will be displayed at the main entrance, at each court, and at the clubhouse.  You will only need to scan in at one of these points on your arrival.  To use the QR codes you will need to have downloaded the NHS COVID-19 Test and Trace App. Open the App, click on 'Venue check-in’ and scan the QR code. Please scan one of the QR codes each time you visit the club socially or to play tennis.

We would like to take this opportunity to remind you about safe practice at the club.

• Before coming to the club you must book a court through our website (www.Dellcott.com) or the ClubSpark App. You do not need to book a court if you are attending a coaching session or playing in the intra-club tournament.
• On arrival please scan a QR code for Test and Trace.
• Please continue to follow the government guidelines on social distancing.
• The clubhouse will remain closed.
• Please do not come to the club if you, or someone you live with, has symptoms of COVID-19, currently recognised as any of the following:

1. A high tempreature
2. A new, continuous cough
3. A loss of, or change to, their sense of smell or taste

• If you have any such symptoms please follow NHS and PHE guidance on self-isolation
• If you have played at Dellcott Family Tennis club and develop symptoms of COVID-19 you should follow the Government’s ‘test and trace’ guidelines, which can be read on the Gov.uk website. Please also inform the committee by email (Contact@Dellcott.com) stating who you played tennis with in the two weeks prior to a positive COVID-19 test.
