Welcome to Donhead Tennis Club
We have two courts which are free to use for all members.
Court booking is required online, except for Social Tennis.
Social Tennis sessions are held every:
Tuesday for League standard players (5.30pm-7.30pm) by invitation from the coach, Ian Griffin 07727 061077.
Wednesday (6pm-8pm) and Sunday (11am-1pm) for all adult club members.
Members aged between 16-18 need written parental permission.
(Members under 16 may participate, subject to Committee approval)
The floodlights are available for members to use 3pm-9pm - (3pm-6pm on Sundays and Bank Holidays)
The Club also enters teams in the Dorset League, Shaftesbury & District Leaue (Summer) and Yeovil & District Leagaue (Winter)
Whenever possible the adjacent Donhead Sports Clubhouse is open for refreshments.
We also have a resident Level 5 LTA coach who can be hired for single or doubles coaching sessions as well as many junior tennis sessions. - www.live4tennis.co.uk
He is supported by a Level 4 LTA coach and two LTA coaching assistants.
