In 2021, we are bringing our programme into line with the National Governing Body’s new youth programme:- LTA Youth.  This is a fresh, modern and comprehensive coaching programme for children aged 4 - 18 years, which aims to make tennis more relevant, accessible and enjoyable for more children.  It is being rolled out nationwide in 2021 and we will be following a national syllabus which has been created by leading world experts.  Sessions will continue to be fun, dynamic and provide children with a sense of progression.

The progressions are essentially the same as we do currently (Red, Orange, Green, Yellow), except that Red, Orange and Green will no longer be known as ‘Mini Tennis’ and instead it will be known as LTA Youth Red, LTA Youth Orange, LTA Youth Green and LTA Youth Yellow (see branding below).  There will also be a new stage called LTA Youth Blue, which precedes Red and is specifically for 4 to 6 year olds.
