Booking A Court On Behalf Of Junior Members

Parent/Guardians can make bookings on behalf of their children using the child's membership.

Please note:  If you are booking on behalf of a junior/child this needs to be done directly via the website only.   The Booker App is only for those booking the courts for themselves.

Step 1:  The parent/guardian will first need to Login to ClubSpark as themselves via their LTA credentials.

Step 2:  Once they have done this, they will need to click on their own name in the top right corner and then select the junior that they are booking on behalf of.

Step 3:  They will be taken to the junior’s profile.  Click on the Court Booking page in the navigation bar.

Step 4:  The parent/guardian will then click on the slot they wish to book and a pop-up will appear with the Junior's name as the participant.

Step 5:  They will then need to click on the Continue Booking button located at the bottom right of the overlay.

(If this is a first time booking, the parent/guardian will be asked to accept the venue's terms and conditions along with opting into any consents.)
