Complaints Policy

At Dulwich Lawn Tennis Club (“DLTC” or “the Club”) we take complaints about conduct and behaviour very seriously and this Policy seeks to ensure that complaints are handled fairly, consistently and wherever possible to the complainant’s satisfaction.

This Policy explains how to make a complaint and the process that will be followed.  For welfare issues concerning children and adults at risk, please refer to our Safeguarding Policy and related Whistleblowing Policy.  For Diversity and Inclusion issues, please refer to our Diversity and Inclusion Policy
