In 2021 Netherseale Lawn Tennis Club ran it's first LTA Leaders course with 7 attending and bagan helping in the weekly sessions. These helpers had such a positive impact on the coaching that it started the leaders programme with the course running yearly and a reward initiative introduced. Now over 25 juniors aged 11-18 have completed the course and become an invaluable part of the coaching at Newton Solney, Netherseale and Newton Regis.

Max Salt (LTA Tennis Leader Class of 2022)

Max first started tennis in January 2022 as he wanted to try something new, meet new people and keep get exercise.  He enjoys learning new skills and finds tennis fun amd challenging. Max loves see how much fun the kids have and the improvements they make. Max won the helper or the year award in 2022 for his dedication, enthusiasm and thoughtfulness.
