Coaching Experience - Over 9 Years working with players from ages 3 to 70+ and all abilities from first-time beginners to county players to national level players.  Part of the Dorset Performance Coach team running County training sessions for juniors. 

Favourite things about Tennis - "The benefits are endless; social, mental and physical development for all ages and it's great fun to chase and hit tennis balls around both socially and competitively. I love the way you can charge around for an hour and not realise you've racked up a few thousand steps of activity! Tennis is a great sport for expressing yourself on court with your playing style; I love the challenge of trying to find the best way to win each new point."

Favourite things about Tennis - "It's fun to play, a very sociable sport and great for families as they can have a mix of ages and abilities all playing at once. I love how every point can be so different and it's one of the few sports where it’s all about you, so great practice to deal with problems and solve them on your own. There's something so satisfying about chasing the ball down and getting back as many times as you can."
