Ages: 12 to 15 years old. Using full yellow Tennis balls on standard sized Tennis courts. Sessions are designed to engage players with activities, drills and games in a safe and fun environment to help build players confidence and competence in the following areas of their Tennis; Forehands, Backhands, Serve, Return, Volleys, Tactics, Mental skills, Physical development and Match Play.
