Sunday 06 October 2024 sees East Grinstead, once again, hosting the Daphne Lamport Memorial Trophy - competed for by up to 24 mixed doubles pairs from across the local area - from Woldingham in the north to Maresfield in the south. Daphne was a stalwart of the Weald Tennis League, helping to organise and run the year round leagues for over 30 years to 2010. The trophy is competed for annually in her memory.

The event starts at 09:30am and all eight tennis courts will be unavailable for booking for one day only.
