Terms of Use for Easton Tennis Centre

  • Tennis courts are for the use of tennis only, if you will not be playing tennis please contact reception. 
  • Please note booking specific court numbers and buildings are subject to change and at the discretion of the venue. Easton Tennis Centre reserves the right to amend allocated courts and number of bookings if required. 
  • Easton Tennis Centre reserves the right to close courts at their discretion for any court maintenance. 
  • No open drinks bottles or cans to be taken on court, drinks with sports caps only 
  • No hot drinks allowed in the court areas. 
  • No food to be taken on court. 
  • No chewing gum allowed on court. 
  • Foul and abusive language is not acceptable. 
  • Abusive behaviour towards staff and other users is not acceptable. 
  • Non-marking, clean trainers must be worn. 
  • Spectating in the Dome to be done from the sides on the seating provided. 
  • Spectating in the Main Hall to be done from the viewing gallery. 
  • Fire exits must be kept clear at all times. 
  • All Tennis Centre staff are first aid trained. Please notify them of all incidents that occur on the premises and for assistance. 

Cancellation policy 

  • Any court bookings may be cancelled up to 48 hours in advance. 
  • A credit will be offered for use against a future purchase. 
  • Cancellations received less than 48 hours before the commencement of the booking are non-refundable and will be deemed to have been forfeited. 
  • In adverse conditions, we will notify users as soon as a decision has been made regarding the condition of facilities that may be affected. The Tennis Centre team can be contacted on 01603 731302 or Easton.tennis@ccn.ac.uk. 

Group coaching 

  • Bookings for group coaching sessions (except Social Tennis should be made online in advance via a personal sign-up link. New players / enquirers should contact the Tennis Centre team to discuss on 01603 731302 or Easton.tennis@ccn.ac.uk. 
  • Places on our coaching programmes are sold on a first come, first served basis and are subject to availability. 
  • When signing up to a group coaching course, you are committing to the entire course and, therefore, individual sessions missed will not be credited. However, a credit may be offered at the Centre’s discretion in the case of extended absence (3 or more missed sessions) due to injury or illness with medical note. 

Individual coaching sessions 

  • Individual coaching sessions should be arranged directly with a member of the Centre’s coaching team. 
  • Coach payment should be made directly to the coach  
  • Payment for the court will be made to the Centre on arrival. 
  • Cancellation policy: individual coaching sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are chargeable in full; this is at the coach’s discretion. 

General Information 

  • The College accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury, or cost incurred during attendance at the College. 
  • The College accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the booking. 
  • Any damage incurred as a consequence of the booking and any additional cleaning due to misuse of the facilities is to be paid for. 
  • The right to refuse admission to the College is reserved to the College and its staff. 
  • The College reserves the right to close the facilities at any time should they consider it appropriate. 
  • Easton College operates a no-smoking policy except in the designated areas which includes vaping. 
  • No animals are to be brought into the College, including dogs, unless they are a guide or assistance animal.
