What can you expect?
At the Red stage, children practice to serve (with an overarm throw) rally, and learn to play points. Coaches will help children to develop adaptive skills, coordination, balance & speed. Through basic instruction, children continue to prepare for the game ahead.
Notes from the coach
Fun red ball groups for children either starting out playing a bit more tennis, and those who are really enjoying it and wanting to play once a week! The children will be coached on forehands, backhands, serves and volleys with the goal of them enjoying the sport. Both ball and racket skills will be taught and how to play a mini game of tennis!
