If you would like to learn how to play tennis for the first time or coming back in to the sport, Adult Beginners is the perfect class. Maybe the last time you played was at school, never played tennis before or would like a slower tempo to build your skills and confidence then this session is perfect for you. You will learn the basic techniques to play forehands, backhands, begin to rally and serve and also learn how to score while playing points. After the first course if you are progressing quickly you can move on to the Adult Improvers or if you need more time you can continue in the Adult Beginners class till the coach feels you are ready to move up.
