Our Coaches

We have an extremely well qualifed and motivated coaching team that is determined to offer all of our players a fantastic coaching experience.  As well as our large programme of group coaching, all coaches are available for priavte lessons.

We believe in a player centred approach and want to excite and engage all players on the coaching programme so they continue to enjoy our fantastic sport for many years to come. 

Coach Lahouari

Lahouari lives in walking distance from the courts and is very positive as a coach on the court and is player centred, and really focuses on providing that supportive journey for every player. Lahoauri was ranked No2. for U16 in North of Africa.

Lahouari has been coaching tennis to all levels from beginners to performance for the last 28 years. Lahouari is extremely dedicated and passionate about improving a player’s ability and is always approachable in the club. Lahouari is extremely dedicated and passionate about improving a player’s ability.

Lahouari is based predominantly at our Roehampton site on a Monday, Tuesday and Saturday afternoon.
 

Coach Amore

Coach Amore is a passionate sports enthusiast with a knack for coaching and a love for competition and proudly donned the colours of the University of Essex in local matches and even on the international stage. Back home in South Africa, Amore represented her county with pride before bringing her skills to the courts of Wivenhoe Tennis Club, where they swept all of their league victories last year.

Coaching is where Coach Amore’s heart lies. She is a qualified LTA and RPT Mark of a Pro coach and able to work with juniors, adults of all levels helping them unlock their full potential. Coach Amore is excited to be part of everyone's tennis journey no matter what stage you are on. ‘Together, let's grow, learn, and celebrate success, both on and off the court!’
