Welcome to our Adult courses section, here you will find dates for our Adult Coaching Workshops & Adult Tennis Camps.

Adult Coaching Workshops

These coaching sessions will focus on specific parts of tennis to help you develop your game, the sessions are for adults of all abilities, between 4-8 adults per workshop.

The workshops will take place on a Saturday between 12pm - 3pm

Course content

Theses sessions will offer 2 hours of either technical or tactical development followed by 1 hour of matchplay included in the 3 hour course.

Adult Tennis Camps

The tennis camps will take place over 6 hours on either a Saturday or Sunday as follows:

- Saturday 12pm - 6pm

- Sunday 12pm - 6pm

Course Content

Daily tennis camps will include a light lunch / snack in the afternoon as part of the one day course - there will be between 4 - 8 Adults per camp - sessions will include Technical development - Tactical Singles & Doubles practice throughout the day.
