Safeguarding, Diversity and Inclusion
FG Tennis Ltd fully embraces the safeguarding and diversity and inclusion guidelines set out by the LTA. We are committed to prioritising the wellbeing of all children and adults at risk and to promoting safeguarding, diversity and inclusion across all areas of our organisation, including courses, individual coaching sessions and events.Our policies explain how we minimise risk, including following safer recruitment procedures, delivering a positive tennis experience for everyone and responding appropriately to any concerns or disclosures.
Booking and Payment
All group and private lessons must be booked in advance through our online booking system, by phone or by email.
Payment must be made at the time of booking. No reservations will be accepted without payment.
Places are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
Weather Policy
Sessions will aim to go ahead regardless of weather conditions.
Play will only stop due to heavy and continuous rain making courts unplayable.
Clients will be notified of cancellations at least 1 hour before the session via email.
If no communication is received, please assume the session will proceed as planned.
If more than half of the session takes place, the session is considered completed and no credit will be issued.
For weather related cancellations, clients will not be charged and will be offered the option to reschedule.
Group Lessons
Group lessons require a minimum of 3 players to proceed.
If fewer than 3 players are registered, FG Tennis reserves the right to cancel the session.
In this case, participants will be notified at least 24 hours in advance and offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule for another group lesson.
Missed sessions are not refundable and cannot be made up on an alternative date.
We are unable to accept replacement players in lieu of your booking.
If a player cannot continue part way through a course, refunds cannot be issued. In exceptional circumstances, such as medical reasons supported by a medical certificate, credit for future courses may be offered.
Group Course Cancellations
Cancellations made 7 days or more before the start of a group course will be refunded minus a 10 pound administration fee.
No refunds or credits are available after this date, except in exceptional circumstances.
Replacement players are not permitted.
Private Lesson Cancellation and Rescheduling
Clients must provide at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a private lesson without charge.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours will be charged the full session price.
All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made directly via phone or email.
Junior Players
Permission for children to leave the venue unaccompanied must be provided in writing to fglondontennis@gmail.com.
If written permission is not received and contact cannot be made with a parent or guardian, the child will remain with the coach until collected or contact is made.
Photography and Video
Photographs and videos may be taken during sessions for coaching, social media and marketing purposes.
If you wish to opt out, please inform a member of the team or email fglondontennis@gmail.com.
Liability
FG Tennis is not responsible for injuries sustained during lessons. Clients participate at their own risk and are advised to have appropriate health and accident insurance.
FG Tennis is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal property.
Privacy
By providing your email address, you consent to receive updates, newsletters and promotional communications from FG Tennis.
We respect your privacy and do not share your details with third parties.

Agreement to Terms
By booking a tennis lesson or course, clients agree to these terms and conditions.
FG Tennis reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated in advance.
