Great news!

Following the recent Government announcement, I am pleased to say we are re-opening the courts at FTC on Wednesday 2 December. As you know, my overriding concern since the outbreak of COVID-19 has been to keep everyone safe and minimise the risk to all players.  Nothing, in my view, indicates we can relax and go back to our 2019 ways anytime soon.  Please read the following to keep you and others safe:

We are reverting to our policy and practices in place before this latest lockdown.    

ALL BOOKINGS MUST BE MADE via our booking system on the Fairford Tennis Club website.

When booking a court please indicate the names of all players by ticking the box marked ‘add participant’. This will ensure we can trace everyone should a case of COVID-19 infection occur. If you have made a court booking and not indicated with whom you are playing, then please edit your booking and add the players’ names. 

Please continue to use the sanitiser on entering and leaving the courts. Please remember to practice social distancing and DO NOT come to the club if you have been asked to self-isolate or are showing any COVID-19 symptoms.

We will also be resuming Club events on Wednesday evening for 2 hours starting at 5.30pm and Sunday mornings at 9.30am. You must book in advance for these two sessions via our WhatsApp group.  Please contact Helen Hallam (by replying to this email and include your mobile no.) if you are not currently in that group. 

Our new code for entry to the courts is 1120.
