So a great start to the season on our lovely Fairford Tennis Courts. Fab weather and huge interest plus great onwards momentum for our campaign to raise funds for the new clubhouse.  Which is where you come in. 
We have superb prizes for our raffle (see below) and need your help as members. 
We would appreciate each member selling 5 books of tickets which would give the club a great start in fundraising for the new clubhouse.   
The tickets are just £2 each and £10 for a book of 5 tickets.

Talking of events we had a spectacular quiz at the Plough with Richard Jeffreys as our quizmaster, and host in general.  
Our beautiful new branding is now launched and showcased by Harry, Salima and James at the PTC Fairford fete on 17 May. 
We also had a successful stand at the Fairford Town Council's AGM on 24 May where lots of the town's clubs had stalls.

Coaching news and Ben's being joined by Dean, who's a level 3 coach and moved to the area from London.
Dean will be taking additional juniors' sessions on a Monday.  He'll also be available for private coaching.

Group sessions are swelling this summer and Salima's new beginners/improvers session at 6pm on a Monday or Thursday is proving popular.
League matches are continuing apace and are being hard fought.  
Likewise our tournament games - remember to come along to the finals on 31st August !

Another date for the diary is July 13th when we will be drawing our raffle as part of a BBQ event at the Cricket Club.  There'll also be drinks and fun to be had with Men's Wimbledon Finals Day displayed on the big screen !

The timetable is as follows:

From 12:15 PM - Bar opens (Pimm's, Prosecco & more!) 
🍔 12:30 PM - BBQ fired up (burgers & hot dogs) 
🎟 1:30 PM - FTC Raffle Draw! 
Plus... 
🎾 Strawberries & cream (just like the real thing!)
🎯 Croquet & Pétanque 
🛍 Merchandise pop-up stall (all proceeds support the club!) 
Bring your friends, grab a drink, cheer like Centre Court and soak up the Wimbledon vibes! Will you be our champion spectator? 🏆
