Where did you learn to play tennis?

I learnt to play in Poland when I was 8 years old. Very quickly became more involved in training and competing and went on to play professional until junior and senior level. Competed both nationally and internationally and gained lots of experience through travelling and adapting to different environments, conditions.

What do you like about the game?

There are many aspects about tennis which I love putting into practice. Tennis a great game for both physical and mental health for people at any age. There are many benefits from playing and you can play it throughout the whole life. At a very young age players learn many social and cognitive skills and apply them not only on court but also off the court. It is a complex game requiring good technical, tactical, mental and physical skills. You can learn something every time you step on court.

What do you do when you’re not on the court?

When I'm not on the court I like to try other sports, I read lots of books and articles. I also like weightlifting and running.

What are you looking forward to at Falcon this year?

I'm looking forward to meeting new people, helping them become better players, achieving their goals and enjoying spending time at the club.
