Our Adult Programme is ready to cater to all abilities from Beginner to County Training Level. Rusty Rackets is ideal if you want to drop by when you're free and brush up on some tips. For a more structured approach why not join one of our weekly classes that progress through the term. Our coaches are ready to help you reach your potential.

Level 1  Beginners We cover all the shots plus scoring and basic tactics. After the course one should be able to go out and play games with friends and other club members. Membership at the club is not necessary to take this course.

Level 2 Intermediates This group is for anyone who can rally from the baseline, understand scoring, understand how to play games and are looking to improve technique and tactics and match play.

Rusty Racket  This group is Pay & Play. It’s a relaxed fun session for members/ non members who want to hit balls in a fun group with a little tactical and technical advice.

Level 3 Advanced For players who confidently defend, rally and attack. Can serve according to tactical objectives and can neutralise on return.   They understand and can generally link strokes with tactical goals. These sessions are tactically themed, working through drills to improve consistency and awareness in doubles.

Level 4 Team This session Pay & Play is for team players and those who play at a high level. Drills are set around tactical doubles objectives. The aim of this session is to groove your skills and improve consistency in attacking situations. Don’t join unless you are looking for a hard workout.
