| As a result of the generous sponsorship of Andrew Moore’s UKSOL Ltd, funding the installation of solar panels at the sports club, the tennis floodlights will become free of charge for club nights, coaching and individual play. From 5th November, floodlight tokens will be available free of charge in the tennis pavilion using the guidelines below: · Until 5th November the current arrangement for buying tokens from the bar will remain. Please use your existing tokens as this will provide a float once the lights are free of charge · From 5th November tokens will be available in the pavilion to be added to the meters as required. If you still have any personal tokens at this stage, please use them in the meters first as the more tokens we have the better · There will not be any refunds for tokens · Please only add tokens for the time you are going to play so that the courts are not lit and unused · And, as always, please slacken the net and lock the courts once you have finished This initiative will be reviewed after the winter period 2025/26.
