Booking

  • To book a court, simply click on any available time slot. Courts may be booked 7 days in advance. Each member can book a court for a maximum of two hours a day. You will be prompted to log-in in order to book.  If you do not already have a ClubSpark account, you will be required to create one.  Complete the booking requirements and when finished, you will be sent a booking confirmation via email.  Please EITHER print the booking confirmation OR take a mobile phone that can display the booking confirmation (this is your proof of court booking).
  • If after booking you find that you are no longer able to play, please cancel your booking so that others may use the courts.  
  • A 24-hour cancellation policy applies, whereby refunds will be given for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the session is due to start. Refunds will be processed automatically and made within 7 working days.
  • Please  use the court you have booked.
  • You will receive an access code once your booking has been confirmed. This will be activated 5 minutes before your confirmed booking and end 5 minutes after your booking ends.
  • The courts are not floodlit, so please ensure that you do not book a slot when it will be dark.
  • When booked, one, two, three or four people may use the court. Equipment is not supplied. 
  • Please wear appropriate footwear when playing. As this is a Community Site, frequented by lots of children, please be considerate of others at all times when playing and ensure that shirts are worn on court even in very hot weather.
