About this course

Notes from the coach

This stage is designed to encourage Agility, Balance & Coordination - the fundamentals of physical activity. Children will develop throwing, receiving & striking skills, and also improve their confidence through fun games, whilst developing numeracy alongside their tennis. It is also very important that children of this age start to develop their social skills and we promote these by encouraging the children to share and take turns.
